Technical Manager/ Project Manager

Esstential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reporting project progress updates to the analytical Head.
  • Work closely with sales staff and clients to clearly define the scope client projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes and proposals.
  • Interact withoperations and analytical testing scientists to keep all parties fully informed of project status.
  • Logistical management and control of all study prerequisites, including methods, protocols, and sample/standard materials.
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each project setup by reviewing all study information.
  • Responsible for monitoring time-based projects and managing change orders.
  • Responsible for analysis definitions including specification information, calculation determinations, regulatory status, and reporting criteria.
  • Manage multiple customers while coordinating and collaborating with internal departments to meet customer schedules.
  • Coordinate all face-to-face and phone meetings/communications, and work with customers to resolve their questions, concerns and comments.
  • Ensure timely response to customer for technical inquiries and complaints about our services.
  • Responsible for training staff, qualifying staff and assigning work based on their competency.
  • Smooth operation of the equipment/instruments.
  • Other related duties as required and directed.
